DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT
Welcome to divinedrishty.com (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”). This page explains how you can request the deletion of your account and associated data from our application.
1. ACCOUNT DELETION PROCESS
You can delete your account directly from within the app by following these steps:
- Open the app
- Go to Account Page
- Select “Delete Account”
Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed.
2. ALTERNATIVE METHOD
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us:

Please include your registered phone number in the request for verification purposes.
3. DATA DELETION
Upon successful account deletion, we will remove the following data:
- Account information (name, phone number, email, dob, etc.)
- Saved address
- Order history and Star Purchase history
4. DATA RETENTION
Some information may be retained for a limited period for legal and compliance purposes:
- Transaction records (retained for up to 90 days)
- Data required for fraud prevention or legal obligations
